MCM deliver to REAM – Real Estate Asset Management SGR the first phase of the works for Palazzo Edison, an important historical property located in the city center of Milan.
MCM were appointed in 2014 as Project and Cost Managers of the 20 million plus Euros complete refurbishment of an entire office building in excess of 20,000 sqm.
REAM is a leading Italian real estate asset management company that currently manages 8 real estate funds and more than 1.3 billion Euro assets.
In the Italian market, REAM is the only one fund manager in Italy totally owned by Bank Foundations, and Palazzo Edison is part of the Core Nord Ovest fund that was established with the contribution of former prestigious UniCredit head office buildings.
MCM has also assisted REAM during the fit-out period of the office floors prepared for significant tenants such as DLA Piper, Invesco, Borsa Italiana (London Stock Exchange Group), Allfunds Bank, New Deal.
